Built in Las Vegas

Put AI to work in
your Las Vegas business.

We work with hospitality groups, property operators, and established service businesses to put AI behind their operating priorities. We bring the experience to shape the approach and the technical capability to build, implement, and keep it working.

Faster responses. Less manual work. Clearer information.

Start with a result your team cares about. These are examples of workflows we can design around your people, systems, and review requirements.

Hospitality & entertainment

Keep inquiries moving.

An event inquiry arrives by email. AI can organize the details, flag missing information, and prepare a reply for your team to review so the next step is clear.

  • Event and group inquiries
  • Guest request routing
  • Follow-up preparation

Property operations

Spend less time chasing updates.

A maintenance request needs attention. AI can summarize it, help route it to the right person, and track vendor updates while your team handles approvals and urgent decisions.

  • Maintenance intake
  • Vendor coordination
  • Invoice review preparation

Established service businesses

Make information easier to use.

A weekly report pulls people away from their work. AI can organize source documents, assemble a draft, and flag gaps for review before the information reaches a client or manager.

  • Management reporting
  • Document intake
  • Client and project handoffs

Make the next step clear.

Start with the business problem. We will help define the work, the expected benefit, and the conditions needed to make it useful.

01
Understand the work
Show us the task, the people involved, and where time or information gets lost. We assess whether AI is a useful fit.
02
Agree on the right scope
Define the deliverables, systems, review responsibilities, price, and schedule. A planning engagement and a working implementation are distinct commitments.
03
Build, test, and manage
For implementation work, test the system with your team before rollout. Agree how results will be measured and who will support it in daily use.
Discuss your workflow

A few things to know before we start.

Do we need an internal AI or engineering team?

You do not need a dedicated AI team. We work with your operating leaders and coordinate with internal IT, software vendors, and other partners as the scope requires. Your team provides business context, access, and the people responsible for decisions.

Can you work with the software we already use?

We start by reviewing your existing tools and how information moves between them. We confirm available integrations, data access, and security requirements before recommending a build.

Does a plan or blueprint include a deployed system?

A planning engagement defines the opportunity and the recommended approach. Implementation requires its own agreed scope, access, testing, and rollout. We make that distinction clear before work begins.

Can you help with a larger system or multiple locations?

Yes. Lasso also designs custom platforms, internal tools, and workflows across teams or locations. We can begin with one process to understand the requirements, then plan the broader system around the business.

What stays under human control?

We agree which actions AI may take, which need approval, and when a person must step in. The design includes review points and a way to handle exceptions. Ongoing monitoring and support are defined in the engagement.

What would you like your business to do better?

Tell us where your team is spending time, waiting on information, or repeating work. We will help you decide where AI could make a useful difference.
